Wine Club

WINE CLUB AGREEMENT: By signing up for Westside Wines' Wine Club(s), you agree to the following:

• I certify that I am 21 or older and that an adult will be present for pickup.

• I understand that quarterly wine selections are chosen by Westside Wines and substitutions are not allowed.

• I accept that it is my responsibility to notify Westside Wines of any changes of address, telephone, email, or credit card information at least three weeks prior to the scheduled payment date.

• Should a credit card be declined for two consecutive allocations, my membership will be cancelled.

• I will pick up my wine club allocations at the quarterly pick-up party or during Westside Wines' normal business hours in the six weeks following the club release. Any wine not picked up after this time will be donated.

• I understand that my membership does not cancel automatically, and that Westside Wines does not accept verbal cancellations.

• I understand that I may cancel my membership by email or in writing at any time after receiving three allocations.

• I understand that I will be charged a $100 cancellation fee for cancellations made before receiving three allocations.

• I authorize Westside Wines to charge my credit card for payment of the wine club allocations.

• By providing my contact information, I agree to receive messaging from Westside Wines.
